Rationale
Significant systemic exposure possible, but probably non-CYP metabolism of this symphaticomimetic.
Chemical description
Metaoxedrine hydrochloride in eye drops 100 mg/ mL used as a mydriatic. One to two drops given (5-10 mg). Systemic effects may take place (tachycardia). No data on metabolism.
